Cancellation of Orders:

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within an hour of receiving your order and provide valid proof of the issue, which may include photographs or descriptions of the problem.

Gift Cards and Coupons:

Refunds will not be provided for gift card purchases or redeemed coupons.
